Tim Padgett, who has a rich history within the Ilitch Companies which includes over 26 years of leading and working within the operations teams, was promoted to Senior Vice President of Venue Operations for Ilitch Sports + Entertainment (IS+E). As SVP, Padgett will continue to foster a first-class guest facing team and work with his leaders to elevate our service and oversee operations across all the sports & entertainment venues including Little Caesars Arena, Comerica Park, Fox Theatre and our three amphitheaters. Padgett will report to IS+E EVP/COO, Ryan Gustafson.

Tim is a remarkable story of career growth and long-term tenure. He joined the organization in 1996 as an intern and has progressed within the Operations department to his most recent position as Vice President of Venue Operations. During his time with Ilitch Companies, he has played an integral leadership role within IS+E, along with being a key contributor to the development and design of Little Caesars Arena. Padgett has managed major events, highlighted by four Stanley Cup Championships, Championship parades and the 2005 Major League Baseball All-Star Game. The versatile Padgett was also the Vice President of Park Operations at Comerica Park for the Detroit Tigers from 2003-05. Additionally, Padgett serves on the Board of Directors for Ilitch Charities.

Padgett has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Michigan State University and a Master of Education degree in Sports Administration from Wayne State University.
