In addition to memorable giveaway items for all three games during “Miggy Celebration Weekend” at Comerica Park, fans in attendance will have the chance to purchase exclusive, Miguel Cabrera-themed merchandise in partnership with SANA Detroit.

SANA is a streetwear company that creates high level fashion pieces that center around Detroit culture. Its entire mission is to bring Detroit fashion to the rest of the world by using the city’s iconic moments, legends, and other historic entities. With mostly every drop, SANA incorporates a charity component that gives back to the people of Detroit.

The merchandise line, which will be sold exclusively at Comerica Park from September 29-October 1, is also in partnership with New Era and Homage.

Apparel items, which are limited in quantities, will include black and cement hoodies, black and cream t-shirts, and a navy New Era snapback and dad hat. Items will be sold on the Comerica Park concourse for all three games (Friday-Sunday) in a retail display on the concourse above section 101.

“We are excited to partner with SANA Detroit to unveil this exclusive and innovative merchandise line for Miggy Celebration Weekend at Comerica Park,” said Ryan Gustafson, Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer for Ilitch Sports + Entertainment. “SANA is one of Miguel’s favorite local brands, and we know Tigers fans will be interested in picking up these unique items during the final weekend of his iconic career in Detroit.”

Purchased merchandise items will be packaged in a commemorative “Miggy” box, and a co-branded Detroit Tigers/SANA Detroit bag will also be provided.

“This collaboration goes beyond what the Tigers and SANA achieved. It’s a significant moment for Detroit, allowing us to highlight our city in an inspiring manner,” said Michael Sana, CEO of SANA Detroit. “And with one of Detroit’s most celebrated icons involved, it’s truly remarkable.”
