Little Caesars Arena to Host 2024 NCAA Men’s Basketball ‘Sweet 16’ Regionals

The National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) has selected Little Caesars Arena as the host of the 2024 NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament Regionals — the first-ever Regional round hosted at the award-winning arena in The District Detroit.

The Sweet 16 and Elite Eight of the NCAA Division I Men’s Basketball Tournament takes place the second weekend of the NCAA men’s basketball tournament, after which the winning regional champions will advance to the Final Four.

With the NCAA’s selection, metro Detroit has also been selected to host the 2023 Division I Men’s Golf Championships, the 2024 Division I Field Hockey Championship and the 2024–‘26 National Collegiate Women’s Bowling Championships. Little Caesars Arena had also previously been selected and will host the 1^st and 2^nd Rounds of the 2021 NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament and the 2022 NCAA Wrestling Championships.
